Daihatsu Tempo, Hinata and Noriori concepts - 2015 Tokyo Live

Daihatsu Tempo is a store on four wheels.

Along with the Daihatsu D-Base, the company unveiled three new multi-purpose concepts at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, which are called Daihatsu Tempo, Daihatsu Hinata and Daihatsu Noriori.

The Daihatsu Tempo showcased at the motor show was a makeshift coffee shop, so as to give an idea of the Tempo's uses. It features a counter table and a digital sign on the side of the van that can be used as a signboard.

The Hinata previews a future kei car, and measures 3,395 mm long, 1,475 mm wide, 1,670 mm tall, with a 2,455 mm wheelbase. It has 180 degree opening doors and the seats can even turn and face the surroundings.

As for the Noriori, the main focus for Daihatsu is to improve the entry and egress, which is made possible thanks to the very low floor, two-way access doors that open very wide and the inclusion of electric ramps in both doors for people in strollers or wheelchair.
