Speaking to IndianAutosBlog at the Frankfurt show, Mr. Rohit Suri, President, Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd (JLRIL), said that the F-Pace is planned for the Indian market in the second half of next year. Prior to that, reports state that the Tata-owned luxury carmaker will introduce the XE sedan, which will rival the likes of the BMW 3 Series, Audi A4 and Mercedes C Class.

Mr. Suri said that the company was yet to decide on local assembly of the F-Pace. JLR India's Pune facility assembles the XF, XJ, Range Rover Evoque and the Land Rover Discovery Sport at the moment.
