The exterior/interior color combination sheet of the 2016 Honda Civic for the US market has surfaced on Temple of VTEC.
The tenth generation Honda Civic made its world premiere at Los Angeles, CA, just earlier this month. It was announced for the American market to be powered by two gasoline engines - a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder 16-valve i-VTEC engine and a new 1.5-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged i-VTEC engine. The former that is capable of churning out 158 bhp (which is 15 bhp more than the outgoing model) was said to be offered with a 6-speed manual or a CVT, and the latter that is expected to produce 173 bhp, will be mated to a "unique" CVT.
As per the sheet, the body color options for the next generation Civic include Taffeta White, White Orchid Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Modern Silver Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Aegean Blue Metallic, Cosmic Blue Metallic, Burgundy Night Pearl and Rallye Red. The interior color choices are Black, Ivory and Gray, only upto two of which will be present together in any variant.
