The Jazz is powered by a 1.5L i-VTEC engine in Indonesia.
Honda launched the new, third generation Jazz in the Indonesian market in June 2014. A year from the launch, the Japanese car maker is gearing up to introduce a sporty variant of the Jazz, which was spied during a TVC by an Autonetmagz reader.
There are two cars in these spyshots, and both feature a full bodykit with side skirts, chin spoilers, aggressively-designed airdams and a roof spoiler. Further, the Jazz on the right-hand side sports a visibly lower ground clearance, hinting that it could be riding on a sports suspension.
The new Jazz in the Indonesian market is powered by the City's 1.5-liter i-VTEC petrol engine which makes 120 PS and 145 Nm of torque, and is paired to a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox.
For the Indian market, Honda Cars India plans on launching the new 2015 Jazz in July, with reports indicating a launch on July 8, 2015. The Jazz in India will be powered by the same engines found on the Amaze - a 1.2-liter 88 PS i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5-liter 100 PS i-DTEC diesel.

The petrol engine will be paired to a 5-speed manual or a CVT with paddle shifters, while the diesel motor will get a manual gearbox, which could feature 5- or 6-speeds. While Honda Cars India will not offer a performance-oriented Jazz, it could offer customization options such as bodykits, spoilers etc.
