The next generation Bolero is likely to get an XUV 500-like grille.

In terms of design, the new set of photos, much like the previous shots show a stubby back, a Mahindra XUV500-aping grille, an external spare wheel, and a boxy shape.

In terms of engines, the vehicle is expected to use new 1.5-litre or 1.6-litre powerplants, while it's still going to be based on a body-on-frame setup. The chassis, like the new Scorpio, will be hydroformed, so the new Bolero is expected to have better road manners than before, according to reports.
