This year, Maruti launched models like the Ciaz mid-size sedan, the new Alto K10 with an automated manual transmission (AMT), the Celerio with AMT and an updated Swift which is 10 percent more fuel economical than the previous model.
Going forth, Maruti will be hiking prices across the range by 2-4 percent effective January 2015. The car maker also plans to launch several products next year including the S-Cross crossover, the YRA (codename) premium hatchback, a new LCV (codenamed Y9T) and updates for the Dzire and Ertiga.
