The City's availability was improved thanks to a second production shift.

Honda Cars India started a second shift of production at its second plant in Tapukara, Rajasthan, which ensured better availability of the City, the company's senior Vice President for Marketing & Sales, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, said in a statement.

The City continued to be the best selling model for the company, accounting for 47 percent of domestic sales. Of the 15,263 units sold by Honda last month, the Amaze contributed 3,310 units, the Mobilio 3,589 units, the Brio 1,050 and the CR-V sold 62 units. Compared to November 2013 where the company sold 9,332 units, November 2014 witnessed a growth of 64 percent.
