The 2014 Mahindra Scorpio facelift is expected to launch by the end of this year.

The Scorpio facelift, which has been testing for over a year now, would be introduced in the festive season months (September - November) this year, sources have told Indian Autos Blog. The exterior of the SUV will see significant design changes coming in the form of new projector headlights, a more muscular-looking grille, redesigned bumpers and alloy wheels. Towards the rear, the taillights will get LED elements.

However, there will be more changes inside the Scorpio compared to today's model. The entire dashboard is reported to have been replaced with a better quality unit, with certain parts such as the steering wheel coming from the more expensive XUV500. A new central infotainment system will also be offered on the higher trims of the car.
