Our friends at Car Toq report that Tata Motors have discontinued the Vista D90. Launched in January this year, the Vista D90 is powered by the same 1.3-liter Fiat-sourced MultiJet engine as the regular Vista diesel. Where the regular Vista is content with 75 PS and 190 Nm, the D90 was retuned to produce 90 PS at 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque between 1,750-3,000 rpm.

Tata dealers have begun clearing existing inventory by offering sizable discounts on the hatchback as we speak. Its reported that the refreshed Vista, which continues to be spotted on tests, will arrive at dealerships shortly after its showcase at the Auto Expo in February 2014.

The redesigned Vista is codenamed Falcon 4, and Tata could ditch the 'Vista' nameplate altogether. The car is believed to have been designed at Tata Motor's European design center. Spyshots have confirmed that the Indica-ish christmas-tree taillights will be replaced by shorter one's, while the registration plate enclosure is moved up from the rear bumper to the bootlid.

At the front, the new Vista could wear a Manza Hybrid-inspired grille, while the top-end variants would feature projector headlights.

The Vista facelift will be joined by a sub-4 meter version of the Manza (codenamed Falcon 5) at the Auto Expo, according to previous reports.
