Within a 60 day period, Isuzu plans to open dealerships at Chennai, Tirupati, Vishakapatnam, Madurai, Cochin and Bangalore, in addition to the existing dealerships at Coimbatore and Hyderabad. This number will further expand to 60 by the end of 2015-16.

The company also launched one of its customer care initiatives, Isuzu Insights, along with the MU-7.

According to the company, owners of Isuzu vehicles can approach their local dealer with the vehicle and get feedback from the service technicians. Isuzu's service technicians will connect the car to their diagnostic software and acquire information on various parameters like idling time, speed, mileage, etc. Based on these reports, they will prepare individual reports for each customer, advising them on how to improve on these parameters in order to extract the best out of their vehicles.
