One of the design highlights at the Chevrolet stall at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show is the Chevrolet Spark Bubble Special Edition, which is launched to "induce customers to become fans" of the bowtie.
Available to select European countries, the Spark Bubble wears a sporty bumper, body mouldings on the sides, 15-inch alloy wheels, and white/pink bubbles on the fenders in the front. These changes are made to the Spark facelift which was launched in Europe late last year with cosmetic updates to the car's nose.
The central console and dashboard inserts in the cabin are matched to the car's bristling exterior colors. The new stereo which comes with Bluetooth connectivity, has been redesigned, and comes standard on the special edition. Besides the new interface, it features a USB slot and an Aux-in jack. Other facets in the cabin are the seats that are stitched with leatherette and audio controls that are integrated into the steering wheel.
Moving to the mechanical carriage, the Spark Bubble gets Electronic Stability Control (ESC) as standard and engines meet the criteria set by Euro5 emission standards.
The Spark Bubble is powered by the same powertrains as the standard car, without any changes to the outputs.
