Mercedes is in the process of unveiling the variants of its flagship S Class one by one. A Youtube user who goes by the name 'Gnepiah' has managed to tape an uncamouflaged 2014 Mercedes S65 AMG that was being filmed for a promotional video in the Netherlands.

From the spy video, you can clearly notice the "V12 Bi-Turbo" badge on the front fender. The monster lurking under the hood is reportedly a 6.0 litre unit capable of 630bhp and 1,000 Nm of torque! A 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT automatic gearbox transmits the power to what we think should be all the wheels. 0-100kph should be achieved in less than 4 seconds.

The V12 Biturbo badge on the front fender gives away its identity.

Visually, the S65 AMG is differentiated from the S63 AMG thanks to the extra servings of chrome on the front grille and the meshes in the bumper. The alloy wheel pattern seems to be exclusive for the V12 saloon.

The S63 AMG and the S500 PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) are scheduled to make their world premieres at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 10th. We may have to wait a few more months for the S65 AMG as it is expected to make its global debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November. The deliveries would commence by March 2014.
