Hero Motocorp has been actively expanding into new international markets in Africa and Central America. It has also established an assembly plant in Kenya. Now, the company has entered Peru with Motorcorp SAC as its sole distributor. Right from the word go, Hero has 85 outlets spread across the country.

Our new international markets will play a crucial role in the future as we move forward with the objective of surpassing 100 million units in cumulative sales by 2020. Peru, therefore, plays a significant role in our plans to expand our global footprint.

The models that are on sale in Peru are the Hero Pleasure, Passion Pro, Glamour, Thriller (Hunk), Karizma R and Karizma ZMR.

Hero had previously announced that it aims to have a turnover of INR 60,000 crore by 2020 by establishing 20 plants across the world and by selling two wheelers in 50 international markets.
