The national launch of the Mahindra Verito Vibe is later today in Mumbai. The Vibe is a remodeled Dacia Logan that ducks under the 4m length barrier, thereby ensuring it falls under the category of a 'small car' that qualifies for handsome excise benefits from the government.
The Vibe will be appointed only with a diesel engine, the 1.5L K9K motor from the regular Verito is the engine in question, paired to a five-speed manual gearbox. Going by spyshots, Mahindra hasn't trimmed the car's wheelbase, which should leave the Verito's biggest USP - roominess - in tact.
