A new radiator grille and two-tone alloy wheels are sadly the only notable external changes while a new R-Link infotainment system is included in the 2013 model that can be controlled via steering-mounted buttons. A Blind Spot warning system and new brown leather upholstery constitute the remaining highlights.

Both the Koleos and Fluence models now stand refreshed internationally. Following the international timelines, Renault India would introduce the refreshed Fluence prior to the updated Koleos. These models were launched in 2011 here as brand shaping tools since the Lozenge's equity had suffered severe blows due to the failure of the Logan.

Renault India assembles the Fluence from kits shipped by the European plant, while the Koleos, the second and final CKD model, is sent to the Oragadam factory from Renault's Korean facility. Both cars are branded as Samsungs in Korea.
