Ford launches the facelifted Figo in Nepal

The Ford Figo facelift has been launched in Nepal in both petrol and diesel versions.

The Figo which is popular in Nepal is sold by Ford's official distributor for Nepal, GO Automobiles. The facelifted version, which was launched in India last month, has an enhanced Kinetic design.

According to the company, the facelifted Figo has 140 changes in total out of which 10 are styling changes. And two exterior color options namely Bright Yellow and Kinetic Blue are introduced.

The new Figo comes with redesigned headlamp elements, new hexagonal lower airdam, chrome treatment for the front grill, new fog lamp enclosure and new alloy wheels. On the inside, the car gets new seat fabrics, blue coloured dashboard and steering column mounted controls for the audio system.

Under the skin, there were few recalibration on the engine and gearbox to improve the initial pickup and gear shift quality. The lumbar support for the front seats are also improved.

The new Ford Figo facelift is available in Nepal with a warranty of 2 years or 1,00,000 km (whichever is earlier) which is same as the Indian Figo. The price range of the petrol Figo is 1.84 million to 2.37 million Nepalese Rupees (around Rs. 11.52 lakhs - Rs. 14.8 lakhs) while the diesel version retails at 2.2 to 2.74 million Nepalese Rupees (around Rs. 13.71 lakhs - Rs. 17.13 lakhs).
