The Tata Manza was suffering with no so great sales figures in the recent months. August 2012 saw sales decline by over 46% compared to the same period last year.

However, if this news is to be believed, that may be about to change.

According to TeamBHP member Akhilesh, Tata Motors has refreshed the entire Manza line up for the festive season. Calling it the 'Tata Manza Club Class', Tata Motors have introduced a number of exciting features on the entire Manza range.

The biggest change includes the introduction of a 75PS Quadrajet engine in the base LS version to boost numbers. We would like to remind our audience that before this refresh, the Manza was either available with a 90PS Quadrajet or a 90 PS Safire engine.

Other exciting features include -

  • Touchscreen Multimedia Navigation
  • Auto Climate AC
  • Italian Leather Upholstery
  • New Design 8 Spoke Alloy Wheels
  • Better Quality Seat Fabric
  • More Chrome
  • Contrast Roof

The refreshed Tata Manza Club Class will be launched in four variants:

No word is available on prices yet so we will have to stay tuned until the official launch on the 3rd of October to know whether the starting price will considerably go down.

Longstanding readers of IndianAutosBlog.com will remember our report from August last year on the expected changes in the variant nomenclature of the Manza, shortly after a shakedown on the Vista refresh. Perhaps this facelift will witness the dropping of Elan, Aura and Aqua names from the Manza lineup.
