DC Designs is known to convert  regular humdrum cars into something that can not only get second looks but also polarize opinions of masses. The new project undertaken by DC Designs converts a Tata Winger 8 seater van into a palace fit for a king. The Winger is a rebadged previous generation Renault Trafic van.

As one can see from the exteriors, the Tata Winger has gone through a very aggressive transformation.

The Tata Winger Executive Van gets an all-new front and rear fascia, new dual barrel headlamps, new front bumper with incorporated foglamps, and a new hood with a ram air scoop. The side profile reveals sporty alloy wheels. Even the sliding windows have been replaced with fixed ones.

At the rear, we can see new tail lamps and tail gate mounted spare alloy. Overall height of the vehicle has been increased to provide more headroom for the passengers.

The exterior transformation is not even remotely as startling as what’s in store on the inside. The interior has been designed to accommodate just 4 people in utmost comfort instead of 8 in the regular version. The interiors feature:

  • Laminated wood accents
  • Plush carpeting
  • Powered curtains on windows
  • Leather seating
  • Four powered captain chairs

It is loaded with tech such as

  • 26" LCD televisions
  • DVD player
  • Two component speakers
  • Driver communication intercom
  • 12 V refrigerator
  • Computer system with wireless keyboard
  • Satellite television
  • An inverter to run the electricals on board

The total cost of this transformation is unknown but we must say that this is by far one of the best transformations by DC Designs so far.
