The Punto has received similar tweaks in the UK both on the 3- and 5-door version.

Fiat UK has also dropped the ‘Grande’ tag from the name to just call it Punto. The car features slightly revised styling which include new front and rear bumpers, new front grille with hexagonal mesh pattern, new Fiat badge at the rear which also functions as the release for the hatch (like the VW Polo) and new 15-inch alloy wheels.

Optionally, you can also include darkened headlights, body-coloured electrically-adjustable door mirrors, sports suspension and body-coloured rear spoiler and side skirts.

The new Fiat Punto is available in a range of new colors with updated interiors and a new selection of engines consisting of the 1.2L and 1.4L units, including a MultiAir turbo mill, and two MultiJet 2 diesels.

The entry level variant is call ‘Pop’ and the top variant is called ‘Lounge.’ Prices range from GBP 10,000 to GBP 15,000 (8.84-13.27 lakhs). There is also a themed variant called GBT which pays homage to Fiat’s participation and involvement with the British Cycling team. It comes with 15-inch rims, lowered and stiffened suspension, tinted glass, a boot spoiler and side skirts.
