After the successful launch and good response of premium hatchback Micra, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd (NMIPL) is planning to target Indian market very aggressively, with the launch of the sedan version of this car in India.
This is Nissan’s Group B segment V-platform based Micra/March sedan with the front end resembling that of the Teana. With a 1.6-liter petrol engine and the Logan’s 1.5L diesel, it must be placed in the price segment of Rs 6.5 to 8 lakh.
On its entry in the Indian market by the end of next year, its competition will be with the host of the best-selling sedans Volkswagen Vento, Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Verna and Honda City.
