This time we're hearing it from a highly reputed magazine, sources add it is no joke or rumor. The management seems to have woken up and is bent on broadening its product line-up in India, and the Evo will form the niche end of the queue.
The Evo X will check into India via the CBU route. It will be priced between 27-30 lakh rupees. The term budget performance car is relevant to few models like the GT-R, and the Mitsubishi Evolution features on that register.
The 2.0-liter turbocharged 300bhp engine (don't ask for diesel, just don't) will snap a few necks as it scampers to the 100kph mark in five seconds. Mitsubishi is looking at selling 100 units a year in India.
Good things must not be postponed. Mitsubishi should bring this to India
