On my list of things to do this year, lazing on the backseat of a Rolls Royce Phantom is definitely left unchecked. But relaxing in the rear seat of the Manza? You got to be kidding me. Not really.

The teaser website of the Tata Indigo Manza is up and running. From the image, we understand there will be a MID on the dashboard that will inform the driver about the vehicle along with a host of other information, very similar to the Mahindra Xylo’s DDAS. This module is also expected on the Indicruz which is Tata’s next launch.

Teaser – Fiat Grande Punto Evo

Fiat_Grande_Punto_evo

With the Frankfurt Show coming up in a couple of weeks, it is apt to name this a season of teasers. The latest – an image of the upcoming Fiat Grande Punto Evo, which already has been revealed unofficially by the “bhp paparazzi.”

Wicked.

The Punto Evo is expected to come with Fiat’s Multiair engine. The dashboard is a bit more creative and the bumpers and lights have been altered.

In India, it would be a good idea to offer more powerful engines in the form of the Punto Evo, since it serves as a distinct car and inline with the international model scheme.

We could be wrong.

Teaser 2 – We drove this a while ago

The second teaser, as it should, gives nothing away, or maybe just a little. Within minutes after the 1st teaser was posted, we got emails filled with guesses ranging from Ford pickup trucks to Chevrolet Spark. I don’t know how someone could judge this as a Chevrolet Spark.

Keep guessing, we have a lot more coming up today including the first part of this vehicle’s review.

Hyundai Equus, the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes Benz S Class competitor, was shown to a group of 80 journalists at Namyang research and development center in South Korea. The company also allowed the journalists to test drive the car, and surprisingly, a Mercedes S Class and Lexus LS sedan were also provided for a comparitive study.

IAB Exclusive-Mahindra XYLO Teaser Video

Mahindra has just emailed us a video teaser of it’s up coming XYLO MPV. It does not reveal the vehicle nor does it reveal anything related to it. It strongly suggests that the time has come for sedans to rest in peace. We can’t confirm that before we see the vehicle, which is going to be launched on the 13th of this month.
