The Tata Tiago JTP is a joint project between Tata Motors and Jayem Automotives.

The Tata Tiago JTP is a product from the alliance between Tata Motors and Coimbatore-based engineering company Jayem Automotives, with the JTP suffix standing for ‘Jayem Tata Performance’. It debuted with various styling enhancements and performance modifications at the Auto Expo 2018.

The Tata Tiago JTP will offer a more involving driving experience than the Tata Tiago, thanks to stiffer suspension setup. It sits 33 mm lower than the standard variant, and its ground clearance (161 mm) is 9 mm lesser. It sports the 1.2-litre Revotron turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 110 PS at 5,000 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at 2,000-4,000 rpm. A 5-speed manual transmission with optimised gear ratios channels power to the front wheels.

The Tata Tiago JTP features an edgier front bumper, smoked headlamps, blacked-out upper grille and lower grille including frame, a hood vent, 15-inch diamond-cut six-double-spoke alloy wheels, red ORVM caps, side skirts, unique rear bumper with integrated faux diffuser, gloss black roof spoiler and chrome dual tailpipes. JTP logos are present all around the vehicle.

Inside, the Tata Tiago JTP features an all-black cabin, contrasting red accents on the air vents, aluminium pedals, leather-wrapped steering wheel with contrast red stitching and leather upholstery.
