As per the publication, dealerships are reporting the highest demand for the range-topping trim. A lengthy list of features seems to be drawing customers to the W11 (O) trim. Highlights include an electric sunroof, infotainment system with an 18 cm touch-enabled display and Android Auto support, Connected Apps, Smart Watch connectivity, electrically adjustable driver's seats, soft touch leather trim on the dashboard, 18-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, dual front airbags, and side and curtain airbags.

According to dealers, the 18-inch diamond cut alloys are attracting buyers towards the top-end Mahindra XUV500 W11 (O) grade. Majority buyers are opting for the Pearl White colour and among the newly introduced Mystic Cooper and Crimson Red, the former is proving to be more popular.

In March 2018, sales dipper to 1,567 units, but that can be attributed to buzz about the launch of the new model. Expect Mahindra to post significantly higher sales figures for May 2018.
