The design language of the motorcycle, and the cycle parts seem to unchanged.

The bike was spotted without camouflage and was carrying a pillion, presumably for testing under load in urban environment. The overall design of the motorcycle is similar to the current generation Star City. The powerplant bears the same TVS logo as the current generation bike. However, the test mule is supposed to sport a different engine, likely the 109.7 cc 3-valve Ecothrust mill from the Victor 110 for possibly complying with future emission norms, apart from power advantages. Bikesmedia reports that the engine may also be a 4-valve unit. However, there is no official information from TVS yet.
