Design-wise, the Hyundai AH2's tall-boy profile follows in the footsteps of the Santro and i10. In fact, the overall profile of the vehicle is quite similar to the first generation Hyundai i10. The video shows a generous DLO and high mounted fog lamps.

As per previous reports, a modified version of the Hyundai i10's platform forms the basis of the new Hyundai Santro. The engine as well is said to be reworked version of the hatchback's 1.1 L iRDE unit. Hyundai has confirmed that its AMT technology will make its debut with the AH2. The first unit of the AH2’s engine was produced in October 2017 at the Chennai plant.
