The bike's Vehicle Control Unit implements a multi-map adaptive energy and power management algorithm to manage the motorcycle. It constantly monitors batteries, even when the key slot is off.

The Energica Eva EsseEsse9 is the third model of the Italian electric motorcycle company. The bike made its world premiere at 2017 EICMA show in its final version. It is also the brand’s first “old-school” electric motorcycle. The bike’s name is inspired by the real name of Via Emilia, a historic road crossing of the Italian Motor Valley. The motorcycle features a classic design, developed in-house. The bike gets a classic soft-touch seat, and full-LED headlight with DRL.
