The Speedmaster is a more practical version of the Bobber.

As per the media site, the launch of the bike is likely in early 2018, around March. The motorcycle is essentially a touring-friendly, more practical take on the Bonneville Bobber. The 2018 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster employs the same tubular steel cradle frame as the Bobber. But, Triumph has designed the rear subframe to accommodate a pillion seat and a grab rail as well. The rider’s seat is also more comfortable than its single-seater counterpart. The bike comes with a full LED lighting system. For laidback ergonomics, the cruiser employs beach bars and forward-set footpegs. The instrumentation is a single-pod analogue unit with multifunctional digital inset.

Expect Triumph to offer a range of accessories when it launches the bike.

For suspension, the motorcycle employs 41 mm KYB front fork with cartridge damping, and a rear KYB monoshock. The bike gets better brakes than the Bobber, thanks to the dual front 310 mm discs with Brembo two-piston callipers. The rear uses a single 255 mm disc with Nissin single piston calliper.
