The Hero XPulse concept made its global debut at the 2017 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. It comes with a futuristic-looking circular LED headlamp, and two LED auxiliary lamps on the crash guards. The braced handlebars feature knuckle guards, and the seat is a single piece unit. The rider’s footpegs are positioned for easy stand-up riding while going over rough terrains. The fly-screen helps in reducing the wind blasts while riding at high speeds. The tail lamp is LED, but the indicators are of bulb type.

The production version once launched, will lock horns with the Royal Enfield Himalayan. The Himalayan is currently the most affordable adventure tourer in the country. Expect the upcoming bike from Hero to undercut the Himalayan in terms of pricing; and the bike will be ideal for riders looking for an adequately powerful, lightweight off-road friendly bike.
