Gm custom, a motorcycle custom house based in Delhi has modified the humble Hero Xtreme to look like a Suzuki Hayabusa.

One of the exhausts is a dummy unit to complete the look of the real bike.

The custom house has made the replica with incredible attention to detail. Apart from the custom bodywork, the bike comes with a custom swingarm which holds the rear monoshock. In the stock motorcycle, the rear suspension is a twin shock absorber unit. The front end features standard telescopic fork. The motorcycle also features dual front discs, although it is likely that one of them are only for aesthetics. The rear employs a single functional disc brake. The aftermarket alloy wheels are shod with meatier rubber.

The headlamp cluster and the indicators are designed to look like the real deal.

The instrument cluster also looks identical to the original, complete with digital inset at the centre. The handlebar clamp features Hayabusa logo, and the switchgear appears to be stock.

Apart from the changes in the bodywork, the powertrain is a stock unit. The Hero Xtreme facelift was launched in 2014 and is discontinued now. A sportier version, ‘Xtreme Sports’ has replaced the bike. The stock bike employs a 149.2 cc four-stroke single cylinder engine. It is capable of generating 15.2 hp at 8,500 rpm and 12.8 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The powerplant mates with a five-speed constant mesh gearbox.
