2018 Range Rover (Facelift) showcased at 2017 Dubai Motor Show

At the ongoing Dubai International Motor Show 2017, Land Rover is showcasing their latest lineup including the 2018 MY Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models. Land Rover revealed the 2018 Range Rover in October, which features minor tweaks to the exterior and new powertrain options.

At the front, the 2018 Range Rover gets an updated grille that incorporates a gloss black surround and Atlas mesh (varies by model). The headlamp graphics have been tweaked, and the SUV now features four lighting options - Premium, Matrix, Pixel, and Pixel-Laser. The last option features as many as 144 LEDs and four laser diodes. Also, the lower side accents and vent graphics have been updated. Moving to the rear, the new flagship Land Rover gets updated bumper with integrated exhaust tailpipes across the range. Two new metallic paint colours are now available - Rossello Red and Byron Blue (pictured).

The cabin gets updates in the form of wider seats with better cushioning. The power recline controls have moved to the door now. The 2018 Range Rover has gained the Touch Pro Duo dual-screen infotainment system. There's an all-new 12-inch high-resolution digital instrument cluster, next-gen head-up display system offering 10-inch full-colour projection, 10-inch touchscreens for the rear-seat entertainment system, and something called 'Active Key' wristband, which allows the customer to lock and unlock the vehicle without using the standard fob.

A new P400e petrol-electric plug-in hybrid variant has replaced the 3.0L SDV6 diesel hybrid. The 2.0 L Ingenium petrol engine in conjunction with an electric motor has a total combined power and torque output of 404 hp and 640 Nm respectively. Diesel engine options include 258 PS 3.0-litre TDV6 and 339 PS 4.4-litre SDV8 engines. Range Rover petrol variants are powered by a 5.0-litre V8 Supercharged Petrol producing 525 PS, and a 3.0-litre V6 Supercharged petrol engine with 340 PS or 380 PS and 450 Nm of torque.
