The 2018 Range Rover (facelift) has leaked online in a video published on YouTube. It seems like the 2018 Range Rover will follow shortly after the 2018 Range Rover Sport that was introduced last week.

The Range Rover gets subtle styling changes with the facelift. At the front, it appears to have borrowed the Pixel-laser LED headlights with signature DRLs and redesigned radiator grille from the facelifted Range Rover Sport. Other changes include remodelled bumper, cleaner air vent design and the removal of fog lamps. On the sides, Land Rover has tweaked the fender vent graphics to increase the lines from two to three.

Inside, the facelifted Range Rover incorporates the Touch Pro Duo twin 10-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system that debuted in the Range Rover Velar. The Range Rover Sport has also received this upgrade with the facelift. The driver can use the upper screen for important functions like navigation, phone and weather, as well as news and media. The driver can tilt this screen to counter glare and improve visibility. The fixed lower touchscreen integrated within the centre console manages lower priority features like climate control, seat settings and Terrain Response functions.

With the facelift, the Range Rover Sport dropped the 3.0-litre SDV6 diesel hybrid powertrain (354 PS/700 Nm) for a new 2.0-litre Si4 petrol plug-in hybrid powertrain (404 PS and 640 Nm). The Range Rover too will likely swap the 3.0-litre SDV6 diesel hybrid powertrain (354 PS/700 Nm) with this new plug-in hybrid powertrain that consists of a 2.0-litre Ingenium turbocharged petrol engine (300 PS/400 Nm) and an electric motor (116 PS/275 Nm). In the Range Rover Sport, the plug-in hybrid model, called 'P400e', has a pure electric driving range of 51 km.

The 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol engine in the current Range Rover producing 510 PS and 625 Nm will likely receive enhancements to produce 525 PS (+15 PS) and 625 Nm of torque in the 2018 Range Rover. The top of the line 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol engine good for 550 PS and 680 Nm of torque should get an upgrade to deliver 575 PS (+25 PS) and 700 Nm (+20 Nm) of torque.

The 2018 Range Rover should hit the international markets by early 2018. Its Indian launch could take place in the first half of 2018.
