DC Design Ford EcoSport - In 11 live images

A custom Ford EcoSport by DC Design was spotted in a parking lot by Autos Arena. It features a modified nose, a custom paint job, and customised interior as well. The custom job is similar to the one listed on the official DC Design website.

The DC Design Ford EcoSport gets a modified nose with headlamps moving to the bumper and a new mesh grille along with a custom blue paint job.

Up front, the headlamps have been replaced by bodywork that houses the turn indicators and LED pilot lamps. Headlamps have been moved lower down to the bumper while the chrome lined front grille has been replaced by a deep set single piece mesh grille. Changes at the back are restricted to black mesh inserts in the bumper with silver surrounds. The DC Design Ford EcoSport is lavished with a light blue paint job and aftermarket dual tone split spoke alloy wheels.

The dashboard and door panels are finished in the same shade of blue as the exterior. It also gets wood finish inserts of the same colour. It has the same head unit as the standard car.

The Ford EcoSport is available with a choice of three engine options - 1.0 L EcoBoost Petrol, 1.5 L Ti-VCT Petrol and 1.5 L TDCi Diesel. All three engines come with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. The 1.5 L Petrol is also available with a 6-speed DCT. It currently retails for INR 7.10-10.71 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

Ford will soon launch the 2017 EcoSport in India. It is expected to arrive at dealers in the festive season. The new EcoSport features a redone interior, new front and might even get the new 1.5 L 'Dragon' petrol engine option.
