Honda Navi sold around 60,000 units in its first year, but none looked like this example.

The Honda Navi was the brainchild of HMSI’s R&D team as an alternative to the run of the mill automatic scooters sold in the country. An advertisement in OLX reveals that a customer has modified a Honda Navi to look like a KTM Duke 200.

The Honda Navi has been customised to resemble the KTM Duke 200. Changes include split seats, new fuel tank extension, graphics and aftermarket exhaust.

The modifications include a tank extension with graphics and stickers resembling the 2016 KTM Duke 200. The headlamp unit is also a copy of the naked roadster. The handlebar has been raised and consists of a new unit while the split seats try to add a sporty touch.

The exhaust system also gets a change with a new aftermarket canister which is expected to create a better aural experience. The mechanical kit has the same Honda Activa sourced 109 cc HET mill capable of producing 7.94 PS of maximum power and 8.96 Nm of peak torque. The indicated top speed is 80 km/h.

In stark comparison, the KTM Duke 200, from its 199.5 cc mill produces 25 PS of maximum power. The roadster gets disc brakes at both ends and is one of the most fun to ride motorcycles in urban environments.
