The Royal Enfield Classic 500 is also exported to its global markets.

Delhi-based TNT Motorcycles have converted a Royal Enfield Classic 500 as a touring scrambler. The bike gets custom parts with a generous use of weight-saving carbon fibre.

The Royal Enfield Classic 500 RE535 touring scrambler uses a rebored powertrain with an output of 29 bhp. The engine, which in its stock form displaces 499 cc and produces 27.2 bhp of maximum power at 5,250 rpm and 41.3 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm.

The custom Royal Enfield Classic 500 gets a custom handlebar with handle riser, new side panels, swingarm borrowed from KTM, triple headlight assembly, engine protector with skid plate, re-routed exhaust assembly with undertail canisters and 19-inch off-road tyre up front.

The custom Royal Enfield Classic 500 also gets a digital speedo, navigation device, cigarette lighter, USB charger and mobile phone holder. The rear wheel gets an 18-inch tyre and both ends get alloys. The ground clearance has been increased to a hefty 254 mm.
