Bajaj tried to take on the adventure segment with the Bajaj Pulsar AS200 and AS150, but a customer has done better.

A Bajaj Pulsar 150 rider has modified his bike to resemble the Royal Enfield Himalayan. The UG2 Pulsar in question carries over the Bajaj legacy with it and emerges with greater off-road capabilities.

The Bajaj Pulsar UG2 had a 143.9 cc mill coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine in its stock form is capable of producing 13.52 PS of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 12.28 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The power unit has been carried over on the modified bike while the exhaust canister is a new chrome unit.

The modified Bajaj Pulsar gets a circular headlamp console similar to the shape of the Royal Enfield Himalayan but gets aftermarket LEDs. The fuel tank has been painted white. The suspension system shows off the off-road capabilities with its long travel, and the secondary mudguard adds to the Himalayan resemblance.
