The WR-V has been tipped for launch in India ever since it was first spied testing in Brazil. It has already been unveiled to the Brazilian public at the 2016 Sao Paulo Auto Show, and go on sale in the coming days in the South American nation.

Unlike other hatchback-based crossovers in India, the ‘Winsome Runabout-Vehicle’ has a slightly more distinct styling to distance itself from the model it is based on – the Honda Jazz. It features the usual crossover elements like higher ground clearance, tough body cladding, larger rims, bolder grille garnished with chrome and roof rails.
