1.0L EcoBoost Titanium+ costs INR 9.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
Multiple web outlets, citing dealership intel, claim that the 2017 Ford Ecoboost Titanium+ with a touchscreen system will start at INR 9.89 Lakhs for the 1.0L EcoBoost variant and INR 10.19 Lakhs for the 1.5L TDCi variant (ex-showroom Delhi).
The price represents a hike of INR 20,000 over the current iterations, for which the 2017 Ford EcoSport Titanium+ comes with an 8-inch touchscreen system with features like satellite navigation, DVD player, rear view camera, and door ajar warning, new 17-inch alloy wheels with a diamond cut finish, and black roof. The updated EcoSport was photographed in detail last week, revealing some of these changes.
However, the 2017 Ford EcoSport also loses features such as driver seat armrest, lumbar support, cooled glove box, leather-wrapped handbrake & gear shift knob, and chrome scuff plates. It is expected to launch in early February.
Note that this update should not be confused with the much talked about facelift for the EcoSport that will arrive in this festive season, featuring a bolder exterior and an all-new interior.
