Will feature an ivory and black dashboard.

Following images of an undisguised Maruti Ignis posted yesterday, Team-BHP member RavenAvi has also put up the first interior image of the Ignis, revealing the India-spec features and changes.

The Maruti Ignis will feature a dual-tone ivory and black dashboard, rather than an all-black interior like the Maruti Baleno.

Although the spyshot is a bit grainy, there are a few noticeable features. First off, the Maruti Ignis will feature a dual-tone ivory and black dashboard, rather than a full black interior like the Maruti Baleno and S-Cross. The model spied seems to be of a lower grade as it features a regular 2-DIN music system, rather than a 7-inch Smartplay touchscreen seen in the Auto Expo 2016 show car.

Compared to other products, the Ignis' interior design is unique. Rather than borrowing parts from other Marutis, the Ignis features a new steering-wheel, floating dashboard with unique HVAC controls, freestanding audio system/Smartplay touchscreen, rectangular and round HVAC vents. The only bit that looks familiar is the gear lever, which appears to be the same leather-wrapped unit as in the Maruti Baleno.
