Facelifted Nissan Note makes Colombian debut.

Along with the Nissan Kicks, the 2017 Nissan Note (facelift) had its Colombian debut at the 2016 Bogota Auto Show this month. Here are the facelifted Nissan Note's images from the show, courtesy Sebastian.

The new Nissan Note is powered by a 109 hp 1.6-litre petrol engine.

The facelifted Nissan Note gets a refreshed exterior with redesigned headlamps, new V-motion grille, redesigned lower grille and more expressive bumpers. Not much has changed on the inside, though. The centre console has been embellished with usage of some new materials and there's a new media system.

With the facelift, Nissan has introduced a new e-Power variant of the Note. It uses the HR12DE 79 hp 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine to generate electricity for charging a battery which powers the EM57 electric motor. Using the battery power, the electric motor produces 109 hp and 254 Nm of torque. The e-Power variant is currently available only in Japan, though.

The 2017 Nissan Note is available in an e-Power variant too, but that's a Japan-only thing for now.

Nissan is yet to list the new Note in Colombia. The current (pre-facelift) model is available in Sense and Advance trim levels, in four different configurations. The HR16DE 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine is standard, which produces 109 hp at 6,000 rpm and 14.8 kg-m (145.19 Nm) of torque at 4,400 rpm, and sends power to the wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission. We expect the same engines to continue on the facelift.
