Power increase comes from an engine remap.

Pete's Tuned has introduced an engine remap for the Hyundai Creta 1.6 diesel variant, which increases the power output from 128 PS to 150 PS. The cost of the remap alone is INR 19,000.

Other than that, the Creta showcased rides on bigger tires shodding large 5-spoke rims, and the exterior has been given the 'stealth look', featuring tinted windows, gloss black roof rails and grille, as well as an extra pair of foglamps. The exterior has undergone Smartwax with Pete's special jet sealant and Black wax, thus attributing to the clean and reflective exterior.

In other news, effective this month, Hyundai has hiked the prices of the Hyundai Creta by upto INR 15,000, so as to offset increased raw material costs and depreciation of the rupee. Currently, it's priced between INR 9.17 Lakhs – 14.51 Lakhs (Ex-showroom Delhi). The compact SUV is available with 1.6-liter petrol and diesel engines, as well as a 1.4-liter entry-level diesel unit.
