Will feature updated exterior and interior styling.

A four-door Mahindra e2o test mule was spotted testing near Reva's facility in Bommasandra, Bangalore, featuring a heavily camouflaged body. The production-spec model could arrive in showrooms later this year or in 2017.

Mahindra Reva is reportedly working on an all-electric SUV (codenamed S107), which is the company's next major product after the e-Verito. Hence, the test mule could also be testing out components/chassis structures for the forthcoming electric SUV.

However, if the model is indeed a 4-door Mahindra e2o, it is expected to feature an updated styling that could look more futuristic and sharp than the current 3-door e2o. The length is extended to accommodate the rear doors, thus improving its practicality. Inside, it's likely to carry over most of the features from its smaller brother, which include power steering, music system, reverse camera, and electric ORVMs.

Expect features to be carried over from the regular e2o which include power steering, a digital instrument and connectivity system and AC controlled through one's smartphone.

It is likely to feature an electric powertrain that is more powerful than the 19 kW 3-door e2o. A bigger battery will help increase its range and top speed, while Mahindra’s Quick2Charge technology could also be offered in top-end variants.
