To launch during the festive season.

Autocar India has managed to acquire new spyshots of the Tata Kite 5 compact sedan, featuring no camouflage of any sort. Its market launch is expected to take place during the festive season.

The Kite 5 measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,647 mm in width, 1,535 mm in height and 2,450 mm in wheelbase.

Unveiled at the Auto Expo in last February, the Kite 5 is Tata's third sub-4m sedan, following the Zest and Indigo eCS. If the pricing is along the lines of its hatchback sibling - the Tata Tiago - the Tata Kite 5 will be the least expensive sedan when launched. It measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,647 mm in width, 1,535 mm in height and 2,450 mm in wheelbase.

The model photographed seems to be based on the top-end grade, as it features alloy rims, chrome details, a touchscreen infotainment system and reverse parking camera. The Kite 5 is confirmed to offer a class-leading boot capacity of 420 liters.
