Maruti has not confirmed the engine lineup of the Ignis. If rumors are to be believed, the Ignis will offer an option between a 1.2-liter K12B petrol engine with VVT or a 1.3-liter DDiS engine equipped with Suzuki’s SHVS mild hybrid tech. A 5-speed manual will be standard in both models, while a CVT could be exclusive for the petrol variant.
