The Honda Civic will be available in three trim levels, according to Paultan. They are: base 1.8, mid-range 1.5 Turbo and top-end 1.5 Turbo Premium. The base variant gets a 1.8L i-VTEC naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol unit that makes 141 hp and 174 Nm of torque

The top two variants will pack Honda’s new 1.5L VTEC TURBO turbocharged four-cylinder petrol unit that makes 173 hp and 220 Nm of torque. Both are paired to a CVT with Earth Dreams technology as standard.

Although not confirmed by Honda Malaysia yet, the Civic could also be available with optional Modulo accessories for further personalization, which was revealed at the 2016 Bangkok International Motor Show in March.
