The American manufacturer claims to have integrated 50 innovations in the new Trailblazer. Compared to the outgoing model, the facelifted Trailblazer gets a completely redesigned front end with new headlamps housing sleek LED DRLs, wider two-part grille with more chrome embellishments and a new bumper design with larger fog lamps. From other angles, the Trailblazer is largely identical to the outgoing model.

Inside, the new Trailblazer gets an all-new dashboard design that is claimed to be trimmed with better materials. The Trailblazer LTZ grade comes equipped with a new 8-inch MyLink infotainment system that offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, revised instrument cluster with a larger multi-info display, and silver accents around the central HVAC vents.

New to the Trailblazer is a list of safety features such as collision warning, lane-change assist, front parking sensors, blind spot warning, tire pressure monitoring and reverse camera with cross-traffic alert. The new Trailblazer also adopts an upgraded EPAS (steering system) that is expected to improve maneuverability in cities while consuming lesser fuel.
