The MPV features matte silver sill tread plates, black trim panels on wheel arches, black side sills and the lower edges of the bumpers and additional silver accents on the black underbody protector. The Caddy Alltrack also gets three chrome fins in a painted radiator grille, the silver exterior mirror housings from the passenger car version, H7 twin halogen front lights, fog lights, smoked tail light clusters, Alltrack logos on the front grille and at the rear, and silver roof rails. Rounding off the exterior are the exclusive 17-inch 'Quito' alloy wheels and new Mojave Beige metallic paintwork.

Both variants of the MPV feature a leather package, the steering wheel, handbrake lever, gear lever boot coming with Muscat-colour stitching. The passenger version gets special 7Summits seat covers plus folding tables for middle row passengers while the panel van gets more robust Pillion fabric interiors. The passenger version further benefits from adjustable centre armrest and a chrome package with the rotary light switch, power window switches, and handbrake lever button getting chrome, whereas aluminium-look pedals, Alltrack floor mats with Muscat-colour stitching and Carbon Square Dark cockpit decor complete the changes.

Since the Alltrack package includes only visual customizations, the engine lineup remains the same wherein the 2.0-liter TDI engine is available in four state of tune ranging from 75 PS to 150 PS. The gasoline engines include the three low-emission 1.0-liter, 1.2-liter and 1.4-liter TSI units with power output ranging from 84 PS to 125 PS, as well as the economical 1.4 TGI natural gas engine with an output of 110 PS. The choice of gearbox ranges from 5-speed and 6-speed manual or 6-speed and 7-speed DSG, and the 4MOTION all-wheel drive is available as an option too.
