The Baleno is powered by the 1.2-liter petrol and 1.3-liter diesel engine.

The model featured is likely to be customized by the respective dealer, as instances of dealers offering one-off, limited edition models are commonplace. This particular Baleno appears to be the Delta variant, and features a body kit that includes extended front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and black door guards with chrome inserts. Maruti lists this body kit as an accessory on its NEXA website.

The Baleno's engine lineup includes a 1.2-liter K-Series petrol engine that develops 84.3 PS and 115 Nm of torque, and is available with a choice of a 5-speed manual transmission or CVT option. The diesel option is the familiar 1.3-liter DDiS unit that makes 75 PS and 190 Nm of torque, and is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
