At the recent unveiling of the design of the TUV300, Dr. Pawan Goenka, Executive Director, Mahindra & Mahindra and president of the group’s Automotive and Farm Equipment Sector, had revealed that the company will launch one more all-new product and as many as 5 facelifts this fiscal year, reports Rushlane.
At the launch of the refreshed Mahindra XUV500 in May, M&M had announced its plans to launch nine products of which 3 will be all-new, 3 major refreshes, and 3 minor refreshes. The three all-new models are the Mahindra TUV300, Mahindra Jeeto and the Mahindra S101, and the three major refreshes being the Quanto, the 2015 Thar and perhaps the Xylo.
The remaining models are speculated to be the Mahindra Maxximo (and Maxximo Minivan), and the already showcased Mahindra Verito EV.
Mahindra has confirmed that all the updates will take place this fiscal, which leaves the company with 7 months to launch all aforementioned products. We assume that these launches will be spaced quite close to each other, if M&M is serious about the deadline.
