A 2.8-liter diesel engine will produce a class-leading 500 Nm of torque on the SUV.

However, all variants of the Trailblazer are expected to be powered by a 2.8-liter Duramax four-cylinder diesel engine capable of 200 hp and 500 Nm of torque with 6-speed automatic transmissions. At 4,866 mm in length, 1,902 mm in width, 1,848 mm in height and 2,845 mm in wheelbase, the Trailblazer will rival the likes of the Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Santa Fe and Ford Endeavour in India.

Projector headlights with LED daytime running lights and LED brake lights, 17- or 18-inch alloy wheels, TPMS, reverse camera, dual front airbags, ABS, EBD and ESP will be offered on the SUV. A 7-inch Chevrolet MyLink touchscreen media system with mobile connect for iOS and Android could also be seen on the top-end LTZ variant.
